Legian Beach Hotel, Legian (Bali)

The hotel offers cozy rooms with a nice large balcony, perfect for enjoying while the kids sleep. Although the rooms can be connected by doors, making them a bit noisy, they are sufficient but could benefit from some extra cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. The service is outstanding, with staff always wearing a smile and being exceptionally nice and helpful. The location is excellent, situated on the Legian/Kuta beachfront with easy access to shops and dining options. However, it can get noisy at times due to its proximity to the road. The dining experience, while having everything to eat throughout the day, was a bit disappointing in terms of quality and price. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

I stayed at the hotel located in Legian, at the very back of the resort. The rooms were facing staff facilities with a view of a tropical garden and a balcony. I was not happy that the construction work due to renovation was noisy, and this information was not disclosed during the booking process.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I was allocated was not ideal as it was located in a building undergoing renovation, which created noise that was quite bothersome. The location was central and convenient, even though the pool villa's outdoor area was smaller than expected. The dining experience had some letdowns, like cold coffee and subpar omelettes, but there was an excellent breakfast buffet option available. Overall, the hotel had its flaws but also some redeeming qualities that made the stay enjoyable.
